One-on-one Pilates training in a calm studio in Vynohradar, or online. No groups, no rush — just your pace, your body, your result.
Private training only · in-studio in Kyiv and online · since 2019
I came to Pilates during pregnancy — and that's when I truly felt how much the body can thank you for paying attention to it: relief, lightness in movement, a better mood, and more energy. That experience inspired me to study Pilates more deeply and start teaching.
Today I work exclusively in a one-on-one format — because every body has its own story, its own pace, and its own needs that deserve careful attention rather than a one-size-fits-all program.
Pilates works just as well for someone who has never trained in their life as for someone with years of professional sport behind them. Gender doesn't matter either — both women and men train here. The only difference is where we start from.
Never trained before? We start with breathing and a basic sense of your body — no rush, no benchmarks, no comparisons to anyone.
We add precision and control to familiar loads — right where your usual training has stopped working or started causing harm.
Athletes from other disciplines come to undo the imbalances and tension their sport has built up over the years.
The muscles most people think about too late. We work on them consciously and safely.
The deep muscles that hold your posture and take the load off your back.
Getting back the vertical line that desk work quietly takes away.
Strength without impact loads or training yourself to exhaustion.
Breathing and slow movement that let the tension finally go.
The core of the work is the large equipment: spring resistance gives support and load at the same time — something a mat simply cannot offer. The studio has everything you need for your session — no queues, no sharing equipment with anyone else.
The central apparatus of Pilates. The springs provide both support and resistance — from the gentlest restorative work to demanding strength exercises.
Spring work in a vertical frame: precise attention to the back, shoulders, and core with reliable support throughout.
A shape that follows the body's natural curves: it opens the chest and gives the spine its mobility back.
A compact apparatus with a pedal — for stability, balance, and strength in seated and standing positions.
Classic mat Pilates with small props for more precise muscle engagement.
Fascia work: releasing tension, restoring mobility, recovering faster after training.
Soft balls to release tight areas and deepen your awareness of your own body in movement.
Correct body engagement — the foundation without which even advanced exercises lose their effect.
I came to Pilates myself during pregnancy, and I felt firsthand how carefully — yet effectively — it can support the body through this journey. That's why supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery is closest to my heart.
